| At present, China is still in building a moderately prosperous society in this critical stage. The traditional agriculture gradually across to modern agriculture ,high-tech agricultural development is playing an important role, and the development of new agricultural technology revolution formed a strong impetus. Agricultural high-tech industry has an important role in the development of national economy, but the capital investment is less than the development of industry, and this become a bottleneck. Venture capital are playing an important role in promoting high-tech industry, supporting the innovation of high-tech industry, expanding the job market, optimizing resources, and fostering new economic growth, and it is an effective way to solve the problem of agriculture and high-tech industries'inadequate funding. In China, establishing a set of agricultural high-tech venture investment project evaluation system has far-reaching significance in reducing the agricultural high-tech investment risks and improving the quality of venture capital projects.This paper introduces the concept of agricultural high-tech and the feature of risk assessment of investment projects, analyzes the agricultural high-tech and venture capital relationships, and introduces the venture capital development of agricultural high-tech industry. On the basis of existing research in the theory and practical experience, this paper constructs the agricultural high-tech investment project evaluation index system from technology, marketing, management, expected benefits and external environment, and use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method constructs the evaluation model, then verified with an example.
