Research On The Evaluation Of High Technology Venture Capital Project In Start-up Stage

With the risen venture capital, the evaluation index system and evaluation method is one of the problems which need to be resolved quickly. This thesis is on the investors' foots, basing on the domestic and overseas research and domestic situation. According to characteristics of high-tech venture capital project in Start-up Stage, this paper states the theory on the evaluation index system and evaluation method.This thesis analyzes domestic and overseas theory of the evaluation on venture capital project. Based on researching on characteristics of venture capital projects in each stage, bring forward the core theory of this paper which research on evaluation theory of high-tech venture capital project in Start-up Stage. Then in reference to characteristics of high-tech venture capital project in Start-up Stage, founding the evaluation index system from the market, management, technical, financial and environmental aspects. According to the evaluation index system, application level analytic approach confirm weight coefficient. In the meantime, utilize the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to carry on comprehensive appraisal to high-tech venture capital project in Start-up Stage. And verify the theory of rationality and effectiveness by the specific case. Finally, this thesis suggests some measures to improve the evaluation.
