In recent years with the technology revolution and the industrial restructuring, coupled with the financial crisis, on the whole IT organization impact is an unprecedented, especially for those who do not have any comparative advantages of IT enterprises the worst coming to the worst, In this case market performance as: production cycles are getting shorter and shorter, market demand are more and more difficult to predict, customer demands are more and more personalized, resources are getting more and more difficult, customer demands on quality are becoming higher and higher; and at the same time customers pay attention on prices have become increasingly,the salary of employees have become increasingly, all of these enterprises operating cost are increasing; under such a serious situation, on a mode of operation of the enterprise itself become an important research topic.Huada Co.Ltd is a company that specialized product IT products, under present demand atrophy, facing a severe challenge, particularly during the first third quarters of 2007.On the one hand,as more and more large enterprises,products to the most of enterprises like bureaucracy more and more, Enterprise operational inefficiencies; on the other hand, Departments of company pay more attention on itself befit seriously, the process of products product is divided by different departments, and with the different attention on product during the different departments, while enterprises lacking the necessary consolidation, everyone every day is exhausted by meets which to confirm the new situation and problems,and the customers did not become the core of its business operations. In order to radically solve this problem of objection circumstances change the organizational structure, program management, and product management problems that occur, Huada company from the fourth quarter of 2007 start-to-business overall operational processes for systematic process reengineering to resolve Huada company encountered difficulties.This article basics on the analysis of IT enterprise characteristics and market environment, according to the quality management system, using project management tools, by OCCS theory as guidelines, on the operation of the Premiership company product model system processes of study, and study summarized a premiership company at present, and future products new mode of operation, including from product innovation, project development, product development, marketing, and even the entire continuous process; as well as the mode of operation conditions and implementation processes detailed elaboration;eventually complete a full suit of Huada company process reengineering.
