Application Research On Project Management In Chang Zheng Machinery Factory

In the knowledge economy and information age, facing increasingly fierce market competition, the existing state-owned enterprise management mode and linear, bureaucratic organizational structure model is becoming less and less efficient and challenged more and more in practice,so enterprises have to change the original management concept and management models to adapt to changing internal and external environment. Project management is a effective management way and form a project-oriented management models as widely used in long-term organizations. Project management method plays more and more important part in linking strategies projects and operations, management and cost control of many projects, increasing efficiency, enhancing market competitiveness, enhancing entire enterprise management capabilities and promoting the realization of enterprises strategic objectives.Starting with the project and project management theoretical framwork, the thesis analyze create and pilot implementation of the factory's project management organization structure model, in the case of Chang Zheng Machinery Factory spinning machine R & D implementation of the project management. The article is mainly based on the following considerations:First of all, the foundation of project management research is made of project management, its historical evolution, as well as the theoretical framework of the organizational structure.Second, by the means of the clear description of core work, operation mechanism and the main problems in the implementation of project management,we propose the factory's basic theoretical model.Finally,this paper attempt to solve the factory's project management problem by means of implemnenting Machinery Factory "CNC spinning machine" project managenment,and then proves the improtant meaning of project management in practice, and so the factory have got some successful experience.
