With the Commercial competition being fierce day by day, effective business management has become an import factor in the success of commercial marketing. Business model has gradually changed from the traditional shopkeeper to the initiative peddler, it has put a higher demand for the business managers:must make quick response to the micro-changes of market in the shortest time, must have the market foresight and the market rules, must maximum save business operations costs, and improve decision-making science of the daily store operations, comfortable of the shopping environment, the rational deployment of human resources and so on. The largest market leader is the purchaser of goods-customer counting, how to scientifically and effectively analyze the flow of customer data from the time and the space, and make business decisions in time is important for the commercial and retail marketing.This paper construct a real-time Customer-counting system based on active infrared photoelectric technology, give the overall design and the module design method of the system. This Customer-counting system mainly consists of FPGA as the core to the lower machine and the upper PC, using the automatic statistical method and has no effect on access to personnel. The lower machine mainly includes infrared sensors, photoelectric coupler, FPGA, wireless transmission module; the upper machine mainly includes wireless transmission module, PC and the software. In this system, the circuit design of the data acquisition and processing module in the lower computer based on FPGA adopts the way of combining Verilog HDL with schematic diagram, as well as the Man-machine interface and the serial communication systems of the upper computer are based on Visual C++6.0 software. This system which has no effect of light, temperature, etc. can statistic people who entry at the same time side by side.Via the simulation and the actual circuit verification, the results indicate that the system can well perform the function of the passenger flow statistics. The system has simple structure, low-cost and high accurate count, and can upgrade and reconstruct the system anytime and anywhere without changing the hardware platform, making the application very flexible and convenient. |
