Study On The Cold Chain Equipment Management System Based On Wireless Communication

In the cold chain enterprises, the application, maintenance, and operating condition of transport facilities directly affect the quality and production efficiency of product. With the growth of science technology and the frequently update of equipments, the complexity of equipment utility and maintenance management is increasing. Meanwhile, the real-time monitoring of products and goods temperature is untoward during transit in cold chain logistic enterprises. So it is very necessary to establish the integrated managing system of equipment management and temperature monitoring.Firstly, this article elaborates on the background and significance of cold chain equipment management system, and analyzes the necessity of establishing the system. According to information system development flow specification to design, the project finishes conceptual structure and table design basing on the data and customer requirement analysis, and establishes function model of targeting System. In this system, the core application is divided into two parts, Equipment Information Management system, the main achievements of this part is equipment property information management and query, such as logging, employ, maintenance and abandonment etc; Temperature Data Services, the function of this part is uninterruptedly receiving data of remote unit condition monitoring for mastering real-time situation of product and goods temperature, and sets temperature range at the instance of product and goods refrigerated requirements, providing fault early warning function. Back-end database of the cold chain equipment management system is the stable and effective SQL Server 2005.The system applies Browser/Server architecture, which has excellent capability in data processing and good security. Basing on Visual Studio.NET IDE (integrated development environment which is suited to rapidly exploit information system.), the system realize the overall goals of graphical equipment information, interface management and the real-time monitoring of temperature data.
