With the rapid development of traffic transportation industry, transportation network extends in all directions, greatly facilitate travel and the circulation of commodities, and at the same time, in the modern logistics, in order to enable the goods get to destination rapidly and safely on time, there are higher requirement were put forward for transportation and logistics, Based on this background, this paper put forward MSP430 microcontroller as control core, with GPS technology to obtain goods position information, and GPRS mobile networks realize the communication of goods terminal and the monitoring center, with GIS as the monitoring center. According to monitor vehicle technology platform, I put forward a solution of logistics tracking system, and it can apply to large cargo tracking.In order to solve the complex and changeable of storage environment in the process of tracking, this paper proposes a data fusion algorithm based on the level of error, according to the accuracy requirement of the tracking, and set error level flexible, through the polynomial fitting coefficients to express the distribution state of monitoring data within a range, and then generate virtual node in the memory. The simulation results show that the algorithm greatly improve the accuracy of data collection, in variety environment this application can show good performance.In this paper, the terminal system design is divided into two parts, there are hardware and software. Hardware is mainly by MSP430 microcontroller hardware development platform, and completed MSP430F449 single chip minimize system, power supply, GPS module, LCD display, GPRS module interface of peripheral circuit design; Software part mainly in IAR Embedded Workbench finished on the integrated development environment, the design gives the system initial program, serial ports interruption program, kalman filter, the short program information program, cargo terminal display procedures, etc.Design of tracking system: This paper first analyzes the logistics tracking information system of main components, hardware parts are divided into two parts: actuators node and total controller node. Actuator node to MSP430F149, nRF905 as the core, with highly integrated temperature and humidity sensor track goods during the condition monitoring; Total controller node MSP430F449 processor, including wireless rf modules, GPS module, GPRS module, LCD display, through every link of the design of the software and hardware, complete the whole logistics tracking process of the goods and the goods orientation and position of the state information that transmit the logistics tracking of intelligence.Storage and data fusion research: In the process of logistics warehousing environment because of a large and complex and changeable often leads to the data passing information was not accurate enough, this paper puts forward a kind of applicable to the scale of the variety environment of application background data fusion algorithm, and finally the error is smaller than the mean value in the ensemble take data fusion algorithm, for all kinds of large-scale Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) provide a new effective method about information fusion.
