With the real estate industry consolidation's accelerating, company, speeding up regional development and nationalization layout, has been refined from extensive development mode into the fine development mode, from individual, local management to regional, grouping development. How to get the competitive advantages through innovation on management mode and management methods is becoming an urgent under-solved and core problem for large real estate group. With the rapid development of global information technology, information technology has in-depth way into each layers of enterprise management and has become one of the essential competitiveness in the industry leader.In this paper, regarding the domestic real estate development companies as study object, basing on the relative theories of knowledge, knowledge management and management information system plan, the writer tries to solve two basic questions:one is how to manage the tacit knowledge for real estate company through combining with information technology, another is how to deal with internal management information systems planning base on tacit knowledge management.
