And under the affecting factors in limited conditions, the result of game analysis on construction also can provide the balanced suggestions for the reasonable selection of the suggestion claim. Finally, based on the analysis of practical cases, we know that a scientific and reasonable claim strategy is the key of the successful claim. And from the actual cases reflects the strategic choice of the construction claims for scientific and reasonable factors affecting the importance of the construction claims strategy choice.
