Private Entrepreneurs Happiness Study In Gansu From Behavioral Economics Perspective

Ever since the policy of reform and opening up 30 years ago,Private enterprises have become an important part of the national economy, as the leaders and cores of private business, private entrepreneurs have also become an important force in promoting social and economic development. However, the real case is that there are many problems for Private entrepreneurs in their own happiness. Many of them don't feel happy. As a western province for Gansu, success or failure of private enterprise play an essential role in the overall economic development, the lack of private entrepreneurs'happiness will not only reduces the efficiency of private entrepreneurs, but also creates their own talents fades, finally has serious effects on the overall economic development of Gansu province. The essay goes from the perspective of behavioral economics and describes the general situation of Chinese private entrepreneurs' happiness, and analyses the happiness of private entrepreneurs in Gansu province combining with the specific circumstances of Gansu. Ultimately, the essay gives recommendations of the ways to promote the happiness of private entrepreneurs in Gansu province.
