The Research On The Service Structure Optimization Of Hubei Province In Order To Enhance The Happiness Index

Since the reform and opening, the economy is developing rapidly, the level ofpeople’s material life is getting better and better, people on the concept of happinessand the awareness of satisfaction is growing day by day. The theory of happinessindex has been gotten more and more attention from domestic and internationalscholars of socio-economic research. The concept of happiness economics has animportant significance on guiding the economic development and adjusting industriallayout. Hubei Province, as one of the rapid economic development province ininternal social, with the economic growth, happiness as a representative of theeconomic benefits is becoming the focus of the society. The happiness index,measuring region economy development, will bring happiness satisfaction andprovide reference policy for the economic development and improvement. Serviceindustry as an important part of national economy, has great influence on economicdevelopment and happiness index, meanwhile, there is a close relationship betweenthem. Researching service industry structure, based on the happiness index, hasimportant practical significance and theoretical significance to realize the sustainabledevelopment of economy and the construction of a harmonious society.This paper is based on the happiness index to measure the economicdevelopment of Hubei province in order to achieve happiness degree. Form therelations by measuring service industry and the residents’ happiness (represented bythe consumer’s living standards), it gets the one-way cointegration relationship. Thentaking the improvement of the happiness index as the clue, adjusting and promotingthe service industry advanced change, further improve residents’ happiness. The maincontents of this paper including: from the background of happiness index as the coreof happiness economic, which has important relationship and the influence on the adjustment of industrial structure, making full use of present research all over theworld, on the basis of the happiness index and the optimization of service industry, itanalyzed and measured the happiness satisfaction of residents in Hubei province.Besides, it formulated and perfected the service industry optimizing policies, bymeasuring the relationship between the service industry in Hubei province and theresidents’ consumption living standard, to promote regional economic and socialsustainable development and the construction of a harmonious society.
