Research On The Core Competence Of Insurance Enterprises Evaluation Based On Non-linear Membership Transformation

China insurance enterprises takes substantial changes after China's entry into WTO,especially the protective period has already finished in Accession Protocol. As the increasing deep development and omnidirectional expansion of the insurance enterprise's competition,the challenges of China insurance enterprises gets bigger and bigger, which brings more difficulty in lasting existence and rapid development. The competition between insurance enterprises has been transformed into an insurance product innovation, insurance services, human resources, enterprise culture and so on. How to greatly enhance the core competence of China insurance enterprises has become concerned about the focus of the study in academia and the insurance enterprises.This paper firstly discusses about of the connotation of enterprise core competence and insurance enterprise's core competence, and analysis the elements of insurance enterprise's core competence. Secondly, according to design principle of index system, the paper constructs evaluation index system from the reality and the potential core competence on the basis of related theories of insurance enterprises,and mainly analyzes the evaluation method of insurance enterprise's core competence. Because of the hierarchical structure of insurance enterprises core competence and the inherent uncertainty of make sure the subordinate evaluation grade of the bottom index,fuzzy model has become the advantages model of insurance enterprises core competence. However, the substantive question of existing fuzzy models is the non-linear fuzzy set transformation to achieve by linear operation (namely membership transformation). Therefore, by excavating implied spatial knowledge information in index membership, a algorithm model M (1 ? 2 ? 3)based on divisional right filtering to realize the non-linear membership transformation are constructed;Finally, take an example of the core competence of insurance enterprises evaluation to illustrate the model application.
