Research On China's Overseas Employment

The developments of overseas employments have significant meanings to advance sound developments of the Chinese community economy and the solve of the Chinese labor force employments problems. Through the study of several kinds of the overseas employments, this paper analyses the status in quo and effects, and then makes some suggestions to accelerate the sound developments of the above.This paper could be divided into four parts.The first part is from the first chapter to the second chapter, which expatiates the concept and the ip qos of the overseas employments.The third chapter to the fifth chapter is the second part, which analyses the history, status in quo, problems and the opportunities of the traditional overseas employments represented by the foreign engineering contracting and the overseas employments cooperations, and makes some advices to accelerate the sound developments of the traditional overseas employments.The third part is the sixth chapter, which analyses the status in quo and trends of the offshore outsourcing, as well as it's implications to the world economy and the cooperationers. And then, in the foundation of studying the succesful experience of the offshore outsourcing in India and Philippines, this part makes some suggestions to advance the industry in China.The forth part is the seventh chapter, which illuminates the conclusion and innovation of the paper.
