Research On Internet Development Strategies Of Information Policy Of China

With the coming of information era, China has development its internet domain. The information industry has contributed to economic development of our country. However,there are more and more problems in the domain. For example, the security of information, the property right in the internet and so many questions that derive form it. Therefore, the government should make public policy to regulate the behavior of people when they use the internet. On the one hand, our government should prompt the communication at the Internet healthy. On the other hand, our government should deal with the negative problems originate from the internet. As we know that there is short history about developing the internet industry in China, we have not many public policies about it. Therefore, this thesis takes the American that as examples that is the creator of the internet and the Japan that develop the internet industry successfully as examples. Analyze objective and environment of their public policies and then compare these with China. Finally, this thesis summarize the countermeasure to public policies that could be apply to internet development in China.
