Game On Price Hearing

With the reform and development of market economy in China, the price hearing system came into being consequently, which has achieved great improvement in recent years. At the same it is faced with controversy:on the one hand, the theorists put the system in a highly place; on the other hand, the outcome of the system has been criticized from all aspects of society. The key to the controversy is the consumers are always at a disadvantage, and they have to passively accept the rising price. In response to the phenomenon, the thesis proposes some suggestions on how to build a fair and orderly hearing system form the perspective of game.In the first part, it initially summarized context and significance of the selected topic, as well as the origins of hearing. Based on these, it elaborated hearing and price hearing. Then, it strengthened on the systemic literature review for research status of price hearing system in our country and foreign countries. Finally, at the end of this part, there are simple comments for the literatures.The second part is the general research on the people involved in the price hearing system. This part is the basis for the whole thesis. By introducing the people involved in price hearing, this part provided some groundwork for the analysis of game playing in the latter of this thesis. The third part is mainly about comprehensive analysis for the game playing formed by the people involved in the price hearing system. By analyzing the game playing between the government and operators, the game playing between the operators and consumers, and the game playing between the government and consumers, this part elaborated how the people involved play the game.The forth part mainly analyzed the procedures of current price hearing system and the effect of information asymmetry on the game playing by analyzing the factors affecting the game playing in the price hearing.Based on the parts stated above, the fifth part put forward suggestions of setting up standard and fair game playing system of price hearing on a basis of fair game playing, aiming to solve the problems in the practice of price hearing system.
