With the development of reform and opening up,China's education industry has formed a huge industry with many categories,wide coverage and market scale of nearly trillion yuan.According to official statistics,there were nearly 100,000 educational and training institutions in China in 2012,of which hundreds of institutions had business income of over 100 million yuan,and 14 enterprises had successfully listed on stock exchanges at home and abroad.Among them,vocational skills training is the fastest growing market with the greatest potential for development,and it is also a hot industry that the investment community continues to pay attention to.A company was bred in such a social environment,and has been growing steadily in the past ten years.It has formed a certain competitive advantage and enterprise scale.The number of students in school has exceeded 20,000,and the number of faculty members has reached more than 800.In order to strengthen management and standardize operation,KPI has been used as a performance appraisal method and achieved some results,but at the same time,some problems have been exposed.To strengthen and improve the connotation construction of enterprises,we need an efficient,scientific and complete performance management system.At present,the training market has entered the platform stage through the explosive growth in the early stage,which requires enterprises to do internal work,internalize management and improve management level.However,for this emerging industry,enterprises are too young and do not have good precipitation.Many enterprises have problems in the actual assessment process,such as unscientific index system,too simple assessment method,lack of scientific and scientific nature.Objectivity.As a vocational skill training company,if it wants to form brand power,it is necessary to train students with excellent skills and get the recognition of enterprises.It is necessary to establish a team of lecturers with excellent professional skills and high quality.The quality of lecturers directly affects students' learning outcomes and the trust of employment enterprises in training companies.Therefore,this paper takes company A as an example,regards the lecturer as the core staff of the company,and redesigns the performance appraisal index and weight of the lecturer.The innovation lies in the different nature of training enterprises and universities.If only using efficient performance evaluation indicators as the performance evaluation indicators of A company lecturers does not conform to the characteristics of enterprises,this paper combines the performance of enterprises with the performance methods of colleges and universities,and makes a comparative study of performance evaluation.In addition,this method can also provide reference for enterprises of the same nature.
