With the development of information technology and computer network,the rapid rise of e-commerce and the increasingly fierce competition among e-commerce logistics,warehousing business in the middle of the supply chain is regarded as an important part of the enterprise’s competitiveness.However,there is still a big gap between the domestic warehouse operation and the international operation,so it is urgent to optimize the warehouse operation in further practice and exploration.First of all,this paper takes e-commerce company A as the research object,analyzes the warehouse operation status in the logistics center of company A,and puts forward the problems in the aspects of cargo location management,batch picking,sorting operation,etc.Then,aiming at the cargo location management problem of the warehouse operation center of company A,on the one hand,the ABC classification management scheme based on the frequency of warehousing and the proportion of sales was proposed,thus reducing the picking time by 14.33%.On the other hand,combined with advanced logistics technology,this paper puts forward a cargo location optimization scheme based on dense storage,and expounds the design scheme,design principles,software and hardware composition,system layout and operation process,etc.The implementation of the optimization scheme will greatly improve the space utilization rate of inventory and warehouse operation efficiency.Besides,in batch picking,on the one hand,in view of the low degree of automation of batch sieving order and the low utility of process picking sieving order,put forward the system automatically sieving order,running wave and increasing the number of templates for picking batches,thereby releasing the workload of manual wave running,standardizing the wave generation,meanwhile,targeted handling 212 and next day order,ensuring the order time of “slow will compensate” order.On the other hand,based on the person-to-goods picking mode of the warehouse operation center of company A,the plane goods-to-person and three-dimensional goods-to-person picking optimization scheme are proposed,and the operation equipment,implementation process and other aspects are described.The implementation of goods-to-person picking system will have a good effect on picking efficiency and accuracy,labor intensity and labor cost,storage space utilization and other aspects.Finally,based on the existing problems in the sorting process of company A,such as paperization,large quantity,low aging,overfatigue and scanning each piece by OQC.The optimization scheme of sorting based on multi-s cross docking and the optimization scheme design of sorting based on DSP electronic tags are proposed.On this basis,give a detailed description on the equipment and system functions,site planning layout,site operation process and other aspects.Meanwhile,a comparative analysis with the existing model shows that the implementation of the optimization plan will help A company warehouse operation center reduce7632000 yuan per year.
