With the increasing competition and the application of information technology,socio-economic pattern has changed from production-led economy to circulation-led economic,then the retailer-led supply chains become the mainstream.In the mode,retailers relying on the channels advantages can get more price concession from manufacturers,in addition they also can some revelent fees including slotting allowance and site fees.In this situation,the manufacturers' interests should be damaged to a certain extent,causing the event such as "Gree Uprising".Enhancing the competitiveness of the supply chain is the common goal of supply chain members, in which information sharing plays a essential role. In the retailer-led supply chain, retailers can promote the supply chain information sharing among members effectively. Hower in the mode, the manufacturers lie in a relatively passive position, they may take measure to obtain greater interests,incomplete information-sharing is a effective way, how to determine the best extent of information sharing and futher to construct appropriate information-sharing mechanism will be the content researched in this paper.This paper researches on the value of and members and the overall supply chain in three forms, retailers charing profit-sharing from manufacturers, retailers not charing profit-sharing from manufacturers and the ideal situation using game theory based on complete information-sharing,and it can be gotten the conclusion that the retailer-led supply chains inevitably take place, the paper then fixs the proportion of profits-sharing between manufacturers and retailers,and demonstrates the outcome by numerical example.Base on the analysis in complete information-shaing,the paper further research on the impact on value of retailer-led supply chain in incomplete information-sharing,the analyzing targets are the manufcture cost revelent with manufactuer and the distributioncost revelent with retailers.For the manufacturing cost, manufacturers have the will to exaggerate the cost to obtain additional revenue driver, but should balance the market demands declining by manufacturing cost increasing and the additional revenue, thus deriving the optimal level of information sharing.Meanwhile retailers' measure should be taken into account and the paper analyzes the game matrix formed by the two. For distribution costs, the paper concentrates best level of information sharing in the overall supply chain to cut down distribution cost; Finally, the paper discuss the way to establish an information sharing mechanism.
