In the process of enterprise management, Human resources got continuously improved and innovated. Under the environment of Intense competition in today's society, People first" really can not merely be a slogan, But also be implemented to the management practice.Negative leadership behavior still got studied by few scholars, While the reseach about leadership of negative behavior is not much, it is undeniable that the extensive existence of leadership in the domestic and international management practice.The theory of abusive supervision, is proposed by foreign scholars Tepper in 2000, the negative leadership style is getting more and more attention only in Western academic circles in recent years . Related research also shows that abusive supervision will have a negative impact on organization and members of the organization.Research of abusive supervision is mainly focused on foreign. This paper based on gaps in the existing literature on domestic in the existing style of abusive supervision of corresponding order, to identify the environment in the context of Chinese culture, the Chinese leadership on the staff abusive supervision, and organization staff demonstrated burnout, the relationship between these two variables. so ,it is necessary to carry on research on abusive supervision in our organizational context, at the same time it is of great help for solving the existing abusive supervision in our country-style management practices. And the conclusions based on this research, the conclusions would be helpful for China's future leadership and direction of research and development perspective.This study takes the theoretical model of job burnout as the dependent variable. Staff burnout is a negative impact generated under the long pressure in the state in individual work areas; such negative effects are extremely unfavorable for individuals and organizations. And this practice in the management of individual employees on the organization team of burnout is unavoidable, Burnout research is much, this article seeks to identify the leadership style management abusive supervision in the work of employees to verify the impact of burnout.At the same time, the staff by the disgrace of abusive supervision,the family is important areas of society as individuals living in, family support is bound to play the role of the individual. This study will assume family support will play that the regulation effect on them, And to make empirical research to identify relationship between the abusive supervision, burnout, family support.Through literature review and research, the paper proposal to examine the model assumptions, to determine the research methods, collected through the use of SPSS17.0 software to empirically analyse this study, 199 valid questionnaires were collected.The results show that in Chinese culture background, abusive supervision will have a significant positive effect to burnout of the employees.The abusive supervision also has a significant positive effect on the three dimensions of job burnout: emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and low professional efficacy.The degree of the family support will play a regulatory role of the relationship between these two variables. High degree of family support, it will reduce staff burnout emotions, and the corresponding emotional exhaustion, cynicism and low professional efficacy will be reduced. The family is an important field of staff life, which the regulation supports can not be ignored.The study results has a certain contribution on the management theory and management practice .Through abusive supervision and employee relationship between job burnout,this paper breaks the positive leadership of the past, most of the positive role of staff side, it also enrich local leadership theory and job burnout research of China, I believe the follow-up study will have a contribution to the future.When the staff got abusive supervision, improperly treated by the leader of Organization, it will have different influence on the three dimensions , but compared to previous studies, the theory of burnout has a broader covered content, number of leading The influence of abusive supervision on the three dimensions of job burnout level of direction is somewhat different. This article's discussing on the three dimensions, make a preliminary attempt to refine for future research on job burnout.While combing theory, to understand the impact of staff burnout in a variety of factors, both in the field of organizational leadership point of view or families, this paper have provided staff to enhance their work into the corresponding theoretical basis for the theory of job burnout, make additional research on the theory of job burnout, has provide some reference value to the future further research in this areaThis paper Constructed abusive supervision as independent variables, family support as the conditioning variables, job burnout as the dependent variable in the model, and verify and clarify the relationship between the variables. In the literature review and hypothesis of this paper, this article clarified a clear concept and the related theories, get the definition operable and carried on empirical research.The results also shows that, family support is also an important regulator factors in addition to organization to the staff, this paper clarified family support would have the regulation to emotional burnout in the employees'work, and provide a basis for the future, the theory in the future will not only be limited in the field of business organization, but also extended to the family field.Therefore, in the family field, the family should give staff support and understanding, only in this way, employees will feel hopeful, and can carry out the work and life better, and provide more value for businesses and families, and better serve the whole society.
