The Reserch On The Economical Growth Effect And The Model Selection Of Beijing High-Tech Services' Development

Although"Green Olympics, Olympics, Technology Olympics"is only three concepts of the 29th Beijing Olympic Games, it truly reflects the city's own vision on the future development of Beijing. Around,"national capital, international city, cultural city, livable city", the city orientation and the important historical opportunity of economic structure's adjustment, in the"Eleventh Five Plan"Beijing firstly presented the development of high-tech service industry. During"Eleventh Five Plan"Beijing high-tech services have developed rapidly and the industries have had a significant increase. Now, concepts of scientific development and ecological environment have been paid more and more attention. The important guarantee for Beijing to use its advantage, realize sustainable development and finish the transfer from modern economics to modern service economics is the vigorously development of modern service, especially high-tech services.This paper focuses on the economical growth effects of high-tech services and it also researches the development model of Beijing high-tech services. The main results of research include:Firstly, through comparing the concept of produce services, modern services, knowledge-intensive services, the paper determines the definition and classification of high-tech services.Secondly, according to the international successful development model of high-tech services, this paper researches and analyzes the mechanism which high-tech services influence on the regional economic growth.Thirdly, on the basis of the models'research results, this paper uses empirical analysis method to research the effect which Beijing high-tech services'development affect the regional economics growth.Fourthly, in accordance with SWOT analysis for Beijing, this paper selects the development model of Beijing high-tech services.
