Study On The New Energy Enterprises Financial Strategy

Financial strategy is one of the most important functional strategies.It is an application of strategic theory in financial management practice,and coordinate with the overall enterprises strategy implementation,the financial strategy can effectively achieve the strategic objectives of business.Through integrating theory with practice,this paper describes the theory of financial strategies, and then analyses the environment of new energy industry.During the analysis,it uses "Five Forces model" analysis of the five competitive forces,and uses the "SWOT" analysis of corporate financial strategic environment to find out advantages and opportunities,and identify the key factors.At last,it uses "QSPM" to choose the best financial strategy, combined with the overall enterprises strategy objectives,and draws up the investment, financing and distribution strategies.It evaluates the financial strategy implementation through the Balanced Scorecard.During the research,it uses the financial strategy matrix to choose and evaluate the financial strategy.At the last,it uses actual case to explaine the new energy corporate financial strategy system.
