With the domestic energy issues have become increasingly prominent, the "energysaving and environmental protection " has become a national economic development animportant issue, Developing countries in recent years have been introduced policies topromote energy-saving emission reduction programs and services. Energy servicecompanies (ESCO) have begun to emerge and grow rapidly, but faced with all kinds ofbottlenecks and obstacles. So it is necessary that We should put forward a set of suitablestrategy pattern for ESCO in the current energy environment on the successful operationof the business case analysis.GN company is an ESCO for the purpose of energy-saving Service, As an emergingindustry, GN company is also facing some bottlenecks in the rapid development at thesame time. Such as business model is not stable, the direction of the market limitation andso on. In this paper, based on the analysis of GN company’s business portfolio, theallocation of resources, competitive advantage, to confirm the key strategic elements ofstrategic management of GN company; was analyzed by using the PEST analysis methodof external environment of GN company, the GN company is in domestic policy, marketdemand is big opportunity, mature technology next, while facing the foreign enterprises toenter the field of challenge; through the comparison of domestic and overseas enterprisesand discussion, the competition situation matrix CPM competitor on the characteristicswere summarized and analyzed; the GN compared to the competitors, unique operationmechanism and congenital two energy price is the biggest advantage, but the limitationsare the lack of core competitiveness and market still is its disadvantage lies; we use theIFE internal factor evaluation method for GN company’s internal structure andmanagement mode, a series of evaluation, affirmative attitude to the operation of GNcompany; the BCG Boston matrix combination of business of GN company for a detailed analysis, the service content of the clear division, and for different types of businesspresented a different strategy to build Discussion; finally, the external conditions, internalfactors, portfolio analysis, domestic and foreign competitors, the comparison of content,using the SWOT analysis method, put forward to GN company’s strategic management,points out that in the GN company’s current energy environment should take expansionstrategy, namely in the market is not mature conditions as soon as possible to seize thedomestic energy market, and cultivate their own core competitiveness.
