Research On Evaluation System Of Material Supplier In Grid Corporation

Power Grid Material Supply is an important guarantee for the grid construction. Supplier management is a very important part in the entire materials management system. Giving the scientific and reasonable evaluation of suppliers is the key point and basis of this work.In this paper, we give the State Grid Corporation as an example. Based on classification and characteristics of power supplies, by analyzing status and problems of materials supplier management of the State Grid Corporation, combined with practical research work, we build an evaluation system of suppliers which suits grid corporations well. The system includes three parts, supplier qualification evaluation system, performance evaluation and post evaluation. According to the characteristics of each part of the system, the paper proposes the supplier evaluation indicator system. Finally, by actually case anglicizing, the paper demonstrates the scientific nature, effective and easy to operate of the evaluation system.
