Research On Raw Material Supplier Evaluation And Countermeasures Of QF New Materials Company

Under the background of economic globalization,competition among enterprises intensifies.On the one hand,enterprises should constantly update their products to meet consumer needs;On the other hand,we should control the cost while ensuring the quality,so as to help ourselves win the competitive advantage.If an enterprise wants to control costs,it needs long-term cooperation with appropriate suppliers to achieve a win-win situation.Therefore,scientific evaluation of suppliers is an important task for any organization in purchasing activities.As a paper company,QF company began to pay more attention to the cooperative relationship between the company and raw material suppliers under the environment of sluggish world economy and fierce competition within the industry.Therefore,to construct a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system to evaluate raw material suppliers,ensure the effective supply of raw materials,improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise itself,has become an important issue to be urgently solved by QF company,but also an important issue facing the current paper industry in the supply chain management.Refer to relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper combined with the raw material supplier evaluation status quo QF new material company,in view of the company is now in the supplier evaluation index system,the problem on the supplier evaluation method,constructs the raw materials supplier evaluation model,finally to wood pulp raw material supplier evaluation as an application case,according to the model evaluation analysis and give some Suggestions.First of all,on the basis of summarizing the relevant literature research results of supplier evaluation at home and abroad,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation and understanding of QF New Materials Company,connects theory with practice,and summarizes the existing problems of the company in supplier evaluation.Second,the company procurement situation with procurement requirements in papermaking industry,using the existing theoretical results and combined with expert advice to company established a quality,cost,delivery,service,enterprise operation,the production and the green index seven primary evaluation index and the establishment of the 25 secondary indexes raw material supplier evaluation index system;Finally,to ensure the relative objectivity and validity of evaluation,based on the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)in the raw material supplier evaluation system established in this paper to determine the index weight,and each index using TOPSIS method combined with the data on the company’s alternative raw material supplier evaluation and sorting,evaluation of raw material suppliers for QF new material company provides some reference opinions,The corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The research suggests that the company should strictly control the product quality,control the procurement cost,ensure the timely delivery of products,guarantee the service level and improve the procurement process when evaluating suppliers.
