This paper summaries the current training situation of J Province, shows the inefficient training effects, inadequate human resource development, the lower caliber of the personnel and brings forward the solutions to improving the training motivation of postal corporation after the Post System Reform. Based on the Two-Dimensional Theory, a questionnaire sampling survey and personal interview are adopted to investigate the training incitement effects of postal corporation. The analysis finds that the lower intensity, limited coverage and no targeted training are main problems in training practice of postal corporation. According to the study results, this article explores whether the training reform is feasible in postal corporation and what are the main obstacles of the reform. And while, We make the corresponding measures to enhance he training motivation. First, we must grasp the opportunity to actively translate the ideas, renew the management mechanism and positively make reform; second, more funds should be invested and more incentive factors should be introduced in the training; third, establishing the scientific training courses system, implementing targeted training program, and inciting all employees using information technology is very important to realize the traditional training modernization.
