Study On The Relationship Mode Of Government And Enterprise Based On Game Theory

Our country is in the crucial period from planned economic system to market economic system. In this period, more and more reformers and scholars pay attention to what role government should be , what relation should it keeps with enterprises, how to induce enterprises stand on there own feet and how to robust and perfect our country's relation mode between government and enterprise. It is not a question wether government and enterprise should be seperated, the question is how to. The idea government shouldn't manage enterprise derectely sinks deep into the hearts of the people. Now we use the inderect mode that government regulate market and market induce enterprise.After the analysis, writer proposes the G-M-N-E relationship mode. Government, market, NGO and enterprise achieve the mode of collaborative operation.First of all, expound and summarise the correlational research about the relationship mode of government and enterprise(G-E mode) and definite the meaning of G-E mode. Through analyse Game Theory matrix, we get the conclusion that ,every aspect should act positive to expound G-E mode. Introduce G-M-N-E mode and it's operating mechanism based on Game Theory. Third of all, analyse how to perfect the G-M-N-E mode at the vision of government, enterprise and NGO. Including improving system, improving payment and positive action in repeated game.Last, through analysis we get the conclusion. Summarize the researth work and achievement we got, and point out inadequate and places need to improve.
