(1) It discusses the research background, research content and meaning, the present research and so on. (2) It discusses the basic theory of production plan, the linear programming theory and the problem about MATLAB7.0 optimal toolbox. (3)It establishes the mathematical model of the transport plan on the objective about the least transportation expenses, solve the model on application MATLAB7.0 optimal toolbox, get the result that is it divides different supply center for different production bases, through it the enterprise can reduce the production cost and improve the speed of customer demand response. Then according to the result of the transport plan collect to production plan of the factory level, establishes the mathematical model of the production plan, application MATLAB7.0 optimal toolbox solves to every line plan and calculates the equipment utilization.(4) It in the fouth part, the hierarchical method had built accord to the four level of production plan then it have researched how to solution them.
