Production plans are plans of enterprises on production system, is the arrangement of enterprise for production tasks, organization based on the production and operation activities. For this reason the compilation of production planning is a vital component in the production and operation management. While the compilation of production plan is very complex, in particular for Multi-specification and Small-batch production companies, there are many problems in the actual production planning. To ZS Company, for example, at this stage the major problems of production planning contained follows.1Scheduling mainly on artificial, many influencing factors in the production planning, manpower alone, the task extremely difficult complex, it is difficult to ensure the quality of planning and control.2Enterprise production, supply, sales departments cannot timely exchange of information between each other, their links cannot be organic mix of work, causing unnecessary information and human waste.3Under intense market competition, customers pay close attention to product quality and product expiration date more and more.4Product inventory structure is not reasonable, some product backlog for poor sale, and other products tightening inventories and without enough quantities to sale. Moreover serious backlog of inventories at the same time gave rise to funding deposition.5For production schedule is unreasonable, production rhythm is always nervous. Because production planning is essential for enterprise production and management activities, there are some problems in the production plan, so this thesis researched the case of ZS Company, mainly based on the production of a single enterprise environment, for typical Multi-Specification and Small-batch production planning of similar enterprises.This thesis first investigate and survey at home and abroad production plan developed status literature, by the literature research results finding to ZS company this type Multi-Specification and Small-batch enterprise how to develop production plan with linear programming theory and method, and analysis and study ZS company production plan developed restricting factors and restricting conditions systemically. By means of minimizing total products inventory manufacturing costs as the target of construction of model, and using lingo software solving, a science reasonable production plan planning mode is developed.Finally, this thesis apply the established mathematical model in ZS production plan in practice and compare the results under the same period of the year before and after application of the model of product inventory, the company’s turnover rate of current funds, it turns out thatThe establishment of model can good help enterprise resolve production the actual problem in production plan developing, not only change production plan simply rely on artificial developed status, but also amend production plan developed work process. At the same time total cost of products inventory can be obviously decreased; company turnover rate of current funds obvious improved. Once again, due to production plan reasonable, production rhythm can be controlled, the sector contradiction of production, sales and supply obvious reduced. As the result of products production quantities are more reasonable, products inventory turnover speeds are faster, products quality get further protection, enterprise market competitiveness get further improvement.
