Semiconductor Packaging Test Enterprise Production Planning Modeling And Optimization Research

The difficulty of semiconductor factory is how to balance the production capacity of different working procedures and control the WIP within reasonable scope to organize the production flow more effectively and stably.Meanwhile all the semiconductor enterprises need shorten the product cycle time,enhance production planning and controlling management to meet the dynamic marketing demand,then they can increase efficiency and decrease production cost accordingly.For a long time,P semiconductor companies have many issues on manufacturing and planning department,such as unscientific planning ways,weak control of production and backward management system,which made semiconductor trade undergoing the bottleneck period in current highly competitive and developing market.Current planners make loading plan only depends on planner’s experience and instinct,that results in imprudent and unreasonable production plan,let alone be comprehensive.Sometimes this kind of load plan is very different from the actual capacity,so it is obvious that this way can’t meet the needs of market.We have to improve the production planning skills and use the advanced management skills if we want to enhance the productivity.Based on the analysis of production scheduling theories and practice at home and abroad,combined with manufacturing characteristics in semiconductor trade,my papers will put forward the theory on how to apply linear programming to allocation the resources and optimization of production scheduling more efficiently by using the example of problems of production management in P company.And this dissertation also will introduce how to establish model of production scheduling and optimize process of production planning.At the same time,maintain basic data accuracy and real-time by strengthen internal cooperation,standardized work methods.Complete the production plan optimization.
