Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Corporate Absorptive Capacity On Innovation Performance In Transnational Technology Mergers And Acquisitions

With China's entry into the WTO and the steady development of economic globalization,Chinese enterprises have entered the international market.in the international market,our enterprises compete with high-quality enterprises in developed countries.Enterprises use multinational technology to enhance technological competitiveness in the international market.This paper uses double case contrast research method,taking Sany Heavy Industry and Zoomlion as the research object.In this paper,absorption is divided into four dimensions: acquisition,digestion,transformation and utilization.The purposes of this paper are to explore the impact of absorptive capacity on the process of innovation performance output and to have a conclusion about the influence mechanism of absorptive capacity on innovation performance of enterprises.Conclusions:(1)The ability of acquisition in cross-border technology M & A affects the search,evaluation and acquisition of target enterprises,and strong acquisition ability can obtain more high-quality technical resources and keep control about M & A enterprises.(2)Digestion ability is the core of technology resources integration,which affects the transfer and internalization of advanced technology knowledge,and the stronger digestion ability have better effect on transfer and internalization of technology knowledge.This knowledge and technology will participate in the production of products,patent output,new product creation,to have an impact on the innovation performance of enterprises.(3)The transformation ability is the integration of the R & D ability and knowledge of the two enterprises.The stronger the transformation ability have the more obvious the innovation ability of the enterprise after M & A,that is,the higher the patent output.(4)The utilization ability is the realization of the commercialization value of the innovation technology.The clearer the understanding of market demand,the more correct use of technology to achieve new product sales revenue.
