| In recent years, the state has invested a lot of money to construct the infrastructure. In the scope of China, the construction is in a good situation. For the constructors, it's a good news for the upcoming chances as well as the following challenges which mainly includes the quality issues of the highway. For companies like Shandong CG Co, it is reformed very recently with its old institutions and low level of qualification in capital as well as in quality.By the study of the case of CG Co.. this paper analyzes the theories and methodologies of road quality, with the researching of the company's managerial issue in construction. The author put forward the factors affecting the performance in process of constructing.With the application of Pareto tool in analyzing the causes of low performance in quality, the paper held that improving the sense of quality, optimizing the structure of the organization and enhancing the schedule control are the 3 directions to solve the problems in CG Co. The article used the literature review as one of the research methods. Also, the numerical approach and quality level way are as well applied in the essay. The research result from this case study is useful for enhancement on the quality of CG Co.. |
