At present, China's socio-economic environment has undergone great changes. In thepast, a form of employment which has been neglected named non-regular employment hasbecome a hot issue concerned by government, academia and public. The emergence and thedevelopment of China's informal employment have been a learning and drawing on processof the experience of foreign social security system and a self-absorption, research,development and innovation process. China has a large population, so improving andsolving the social insurance problems of non-regular employment removed the worries inthe micro and supported and promoted the stability and prosperity of society in the macro.Improving the problems of social insurance system of informal employees is not only themost urgent task facing our country, but also important social issues to be explored andsolved around the world.In this paper, many problems facing informal employees participating the existingsocial insurance were proposed. At the same time, appropriate recommendations andsolutions were suggested in response to these practical issues. On this basis, severalimportant relationships of social insurance of informal employees were systematic analyzedand general ideas have been proposed. Specific programs also were put forward for theold-age insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance and industrial injuryinsurance of informal employees.This paper is divided into four parts. The concept is defined and the studies on socialinsurance system of informal employees at the home and abroad are done in the first chapter.The fundamental situation of China's informal employees and their social insurance systemare introduced in the second chapter. General idea proposal and specific program areproposed for the problems in China's social insurance system of informal employees in thethird chapter and the fourth chapter. The last two chapters is the focus of this article.
