Study On Unemployment Social Insurance System In China

Social security is a basic human right.Unemployment insurance is an important content of the right of social security right.In fact, the modern social citizen’s survival risk is most from unemployment and under employment.Under the system of market economy, unemployment has become a normal phenomenon existing in the world.In a long term,countries develop the unemployment insurance system to guarantee the basic life of the unemployed and their families.Since the reform and opening up,our country has been initially formed unemployment social insurance system.the unemployment insurance system set up in the reform of enterprises and economic transition is more and more weak protection.How to make the unemployment insurance system more timely and efficiently,has become the study focus of our government and scholars.By analyzing on the present situation of unemployment social insurance system,the paper proposed the problems existing in our current unemployment social insurance system,and learn from the advanced experience of developed countries, combining with China’s specific national conditions,to put forward specific countermeasures to update on China’s unemployment insurance system design.Using qualitative analysis methods,analizing the relevant data in recent years, it outlines the status quo of China’s social insurance system of unemployment.and sums up the problems and reasons. Then learning from the advanced experience of Germany,Japan and American,it put forward a series of measures and countermeasures.It provides theoretical reference for promoting the development of the system of unemployment insurance system in China,and make it better to protect the rights of legitimate and interests of China’s unemployment,and in order to help it truly become a comprehensive and effective "social stabilizer".
