Research About The Mechanism And Strategy Of Disruptive Innovation Based On Value Network

With the increasing speedup of progress and distribution of technology in the era of information, adding up the constant change of consumer demand, enterprises have to face to competitive innovation environment with both crisis and chances. During the business competition, quite a number of big companies have been forced to get out, whereas many small ones grow up and achieve success. Anyway, the strategy of innovation and development of enterprises is far more than one way. For big business, there is no longer forever success. In anther word, the business rival and strategy have been apt to diversify. The phenomenon which the disruptive-innovation theory shows can make people think about what is the reason of the failure of big companies, meanwhile begin to pay attention to the dark-horse value of new-small enterprises.This thesis was discussing problems of enterprises'disruptive technology innovation based on the value-network theory under a dynamic-changed circumstance, in order to offering some new ideas to Chinese entrepreneurs who maybe were used to the traditional innovation theory which is simple, isolated, linear and static.Beginning with two typical cases, this thesis firstly gave an overview of related foreign-and-domestic research, aiming at introducing the concept of disruptive technology innovation as well as the background and significance of the research.Secondly, the author expounded the connotation and characters of disruptive innovation. Then for a further understanding of the theory, the author compared the concept of disruptive innovation with some related concepts such as incremental technology innovation, radical technology innovation and sustaining technology innovation.In the third chapter, the author discussed the connotation and essential characters of the concept of value network and established the model of technology innovation circumstance of enterprise. Then the author expounded the relationship between disruptive technology innovation and value network. Thereafter the author introduced the hypothesis and analysis tool.Fourth, the author mainly analyzed the birth, the development and the mechanism of evolution of disruptive technology innovation based on value network.Fifth, through some empirical researches the author gave enterprises some suggestion about strategy on how to make more reasonable choices under a dynamic-changed value network. In the last chapter, the author drew the conclusion firstly. Then the author put forward the shortage of current study and some questions which needed more study.
