A Discussion On Information-based Model Of New Countryside In Lishui

Informationalized construction is not only an urgent task but also an important tool in building a new socialist countryside. In recent years the government has issued a series of policies and measures about strengthening the informationalized construction of the countryside, highlighting the rural informationalization's significance to building a new socialist countryside. In the context of "building a new socialist countryside", the rural information technology has become an important task for the promotion of agricultural development and social progress in rural areas. At the same time, the immense market potential in the countryside and information demand is a rare opportunity for development to enterprises in information products and service enterprises. It is our urgent need to solvethe problems------how to set up smooth and developed channels of information flow sothat the information flow can activate logistics, capital flow, personnel flow, how to strengthen the region's agricultural information resource building so that a value-added effect can arise from the information on science and technology, education, marketing, management, etc. related to the livelihood of farmers.In this paper, some research methods such as literature analysis, synthesis are used. First of all, the new countryside informationalization is outlined, including its concept, connotation and relationship with new countryside construction. Secondly, new countryside construction in Zhejiang Province is mainly introduced on the basis of the brief introduction of new countryside informationalization at home and abroad; Thirdly, an empirical analysis of new countryside informationalization construction in Lishui is made from the three directions: new countryside information basis construction, information networks construction and information resource construction, then several existing informationalization models in Lishui are discussed, some problems in new countryside informationalization construction are located and their reasons are analyzed. Finally, according to the combination with the actual situation of informationalization construction in Lishui existing new countryside models are innovated. It is thought that the existing models can be improved and perfected through the following five modes: "enterprise-oriented resource co-building mode", "information service mode with telecom operators as the main part", "information home mode based on agricultural information resources of school", "informationalization nurture mode to meet the needs of the basic information", "intermediary service mode for the positive development of intermediary organizations". Some countermeasures and suggestions on the construction and implementation of the new model are put forward. The main innovation of this article is to solve the contradiction between the growing information needs of farmers and relatively backward supply of information practically only to provide the theoretical basis for the promotion and improvement of new countryside informationalization construction in the Lishui area and decision-making basis for Lishui city government and local governments to make strategies.
