As the market competition and industry economy developed, in fact, the real competition is under the supply chain. On the supply chain of "produce-supply-sell", each company must reduce the cost and increase the production, so as to improve the competition, and they need the service of supply chain which the commercial banks provide in china. This supply chain is designed for the industries, at first, it can improve the structure of the commercial bank's business, improve the competition, and then it also improves the company's funds and competition. For the supply chain is the new service in commercial banks, it has the large potential, which become a new area. It necessary for us to analyzed the financing style and the risk so as to provide the new ideas.This paper discusses the financing style and the risk in supply chain, and raises the advices under the research of theories and practice in domestic and foreign. Firstly, this paper review the theories of supply chain and financing supply chain, introduce the characteristics of them, and then describe the financing supply chain's concept, features and categories, set out to prevent the financing supply chain risk is one of important topics in commercial banks to develop financial services; Secondly, discuss the financing supply chain risk's identification, evaluation, control and deal with various aspects; Thirdly, illustrate how to practice in the specific operation in financial credit risk management through the case; At last, this paper raise the reinforcement supporting measures of financing supply chain's risk management, including concept changing; management system changing; credit models and business process changing and the cultivation of people.
