At the same time, this thesis will propose outsourcing status of the existing problems. Finally based on the present situation of AZ e-commerce company, this thesis will discuss the human resource outsourcing problems, including the feasibility analysis for hr outsourcing and also give some advice on how to optimize the whole hr outsourcing process.Hope this research can provide other domestic industry e-commerce enterprise some referential suggestions.
