Human Resource Outsourcing (HROS), that is refer to farm out specialized human resource operations to other expert companies or organizations to attend to the requirement of corporation, then the labor cost should be reduced and obtaining maximal benefit will be achieved. As a new kind of models in human resource manage, HROS has grown so fast everywhere in the world with the integration of global economy. This tendency and phenomenon may well be illustrated that the new model of human resource management is becoming an effective approach for the corporation, and the strategy of HROS should become a very important strategy tools for the corporation development.Against such HPOS market background, although the M company owns rich experiences in human resource management, how to realize the successful transformation in human resource management function through HROS, and how to reduce the labor cost, optimize the allocation of resources, concentrate on the core-competitiveness, and what kind of risk and restrict should be faced with the HROS, that is the study of the attention concentrated. The essential or central part is just that in order to obtain much more advantages in competition with limited intramural resource, the corporation should only keep the most advantage core competencies in a competition business, moreover to relegate other businesses to the other vendor witch have more cost advantages and professional knowledge. It was described of HROS theory, development background and actuality analysis, pattern analysis, contents chosen, advantages and risk analysis, etc. For an(?)llustrative purpose, the HROS in M company is studied in this pape(?) Through the study, a general frame-like HROS to execute and deliver suggestions should be established, suggested comprehensive practice suggestion for HROS theory and provided useful experience and lessons for many other corporations.
