With the globalization of the finance, foreign insurance companies continue to have an impact on the local insurance market.Since foreign insurance companies have strong advantages,Chinese insurance companies are facing fierce competition.This not only brought some good opportunities for the development of Chinese insurance companies,but also improved the inherent quality.In life insurance market,a large number of foreign life insurance companies will enter our local market, which has a big impact in chinese life insurance industry. And at this time, chinese life insurance companies are generally in low level of management and staff quality. How can chinese life insurance companies obtain a competitive advantage in such a fierce competition?The selection of high-quality talents is the top task.This article is about to find what is the Life insurance salesman's performance of individual forecasts source by studying the Relationship between Personality and Job performance of chinese life insurance salesman.In this paper,the author obtains a life insurance salesman's personality and performance first-hand data through the empirical research and uses excel and spss13.0 conducted a questionnaire survey of data processing, statistics, analysis and verification. The main methods of analysis are descriptive statistics, reliability and validity, factor analysis, independent samples T test, ANOVA, analysis, as well as regression analysis, and so on. In order to achieve research purposes, the author carries through this article in way as follows:The paper is composed of five parts. The first part puts out the background and motivation of the research, based on which this article discusses the purpose of the study. The second part is a description about personality and performance.The third part is the study design and research methods.The fourth part are chinese life insurance salesman's personality and performance analysis.And the last part are conclusions and recommendations. There are three main new points of the paper.First,in the context of Chinese culture this article finds the relationship between life insurance salesman personalization and performance.This enriches the domestic work-related personality traits and performance-related research.Secondly,the emotional sensitivity of the life insurance sales performance is the most effective source of forecasts, which probably because sales of life insurance mainly contact customer-oriented, and it is inevitable that many customers would reject salesman. Therefore, by helping customers,the stability of emotion helps salesman create higher sales performance.Thirdly,the results can provide a useful selection of personalized scale for the selection of salesman.
