Study On Transference Of Rural Surplus Labors And Government Functions

China is a large agricultural country. A long time, agriculture and rural economic development have always been the major problems of China's economic and social development. In the transfer of surplus agricultural labor force, China has achieved some results since reform and opening. However, facing many constraints, how to effectively organize this work is a long and arduous test to modern government.
