The Basic Circumstances Of The Transference Of Surplus Rural Labors In China And Analysis Of Its Countermeasures

To ensure that national economy develops sustainedly ,fast , healylthily and harmoniously and achieve the great goal of"the moderately prosperous society"in all respects requires to solve three issues:agriculture, rural areas and farmers .To achieve the goal, the hardest and harshest task lies in rural areas because the people won't achieve the moderately prosperous society if farmers can't obtain it.To achieve the moderately prosperous society of farmers, farmers'income must be increased and the full employment of farmers must be accomplished. However, the situation of employment of rural labors is harsh.
