The Research On The Core Competence Evaluation Of Fourth Party Logistics

With the development of Economy Globalization, as "the third benefit source", logistics turns out to be the "bottle neck" of social economic development. Fourth party logistics provides integrative projects of supply chains and reorganizes social resource to solve the "bottle neck" of logistics. Meanwhile, after entering into WTO, domestic logistics corporations have to compete with international ones, but they have realized that, they want to participate in international competition no but improving the corporation's core competence. So, analyzing the elements of the fourth party logistics' core corporation and building the framework for the core competence evaluation of fourth party logistics are very important to improve the competition of domestic logistics corporations in the international competition.The objective of this dissertation is to research the core competence evaluation of fourth party logistics. According to that, the dissertation makes a deep analysis and has gained some useful research results:Firstly, this dissertation goes thorough review of classic researches on fourth party logistics and core competence. Furthermore, it makes a deep analysis of elements on core competence of fourth party logistics.Secondly, base on the approach of the Balanced Scorecard(BSC), this dissertation selects useful evaluating indicators. After that, the dissertation develops the framework for the core competence evaluation of fourth party logistics and builds the cause-and-effect model of all evaluating indicators.Thirdly, this dissertation employs the Fuzzy Cognitive Maps(FCMs) technology to establish the simulation model and completes the dynamic simulation in virtue of computer. Then the dissertation analyzes the change of the indicators to the variable management control.In the end of this dissertation, some advices are presented for improving research work.
