Research On Influencing Factors Of Supply Chain Embedded Integration Model Based On Trust

Supply chain competition has increasingly attracted wide attention in the new competitive environment. Effectively achievement of supply chain embedded integration between enterprises, which plays synergies role among enterprises in the supply chain upstream and downstream and improves the competitiveness of the whole supply chain system, has become an important research topic in supply chain management. From the perspective of the supply chain embedded, the study on the influencing factors of supply chain embedded integration model has important theoretical and practical significance.As a result, this paper drawed on previous research results, combinedwith the characteristics of China's manufacturing enterprises and embedded perspective to build a theoretical trust-based model on the influencing factors of supply chain embedded integration model, and proposes research hypotheses. We can devide the supply chain embedded integration model into four categories: trading model, adaptation model, coordination model and integrated model. The influencing factors from the perspective of supply chain characteristics can be devided into five dimensions, supplier's reputation, transaction experience, the dependence of enterprise on supplier, the dependence of supplier on enterprise and information sharing factors.According to the theoretical model, this paper designed and developed a questionnaire. The survey covered Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, the Bohai Rim and other regions of different enterprises. The paper used the statistic toor "SPSS 16.0" to analyse 152 valid questionnaires feedback, reached the following main conclusions as follow:(1) The supply chain embedded integration model is divided into four categories: trading model, adaptation model, coordination model and integrated model. The coordination model and trading model account for the major part of the samples.(2) The supplier's reputation, the dependence of enterprise on supplier, the dependence of supplier on enterprise and information sharing significantly impact on the choice of supply chain embedded integration model, while the transaction experience has no significant impact on the choice of supply chain embedded integration model.(3) The supplier's reputation and information sharing impact on the choice of supply chain embedded integration model through the mediator of goodwill trust.This study defined the type of model between enterprises and its suppliers and also provided some scientific guidance for enterprise on how to select and adjust the type of supply chain embedded integration model with its suppliers.
