Employee career planning has become the current enterprise human resource management in an extremely important and innovative work, the implementation of employee career planning to achieve the purpose of a win-win business and the employees and thus improve their market competitiveness and career development of staff potential .In the knowledge economy era, business competition, the most important is that competition for talent, it has become the world consensus.
