Today's world politics, economy, become increasingly globalization. This issue of competitiveness has become a hot topic which is increasingly concerned by academic and business community. The development of society, the progress of industry, and the soaring of business is closely related with the competitiveness. The enterprises have sustainable competitiveness, which has become the goals of the companies. The source of sustainable competitiveness is the enterprise's core competitiveness. So what exactly are the factors of the core competitiveness of enterprises? What relations are they between the factors and the difference among these enterprises? These issues appear to be very important.Tourism enterprises are typical representation of service-oriented businesses, while the travel agency is a typical representation of tourism enterprises. Along with the WTO trade offers the full lifting of protection clause of the ban on the travel agencies in service-oriented. Travel agency industry as an important component of China's tourism industry will face even more intense competition. In the future, how to cultivate and maintain its competitiveness has become an important issue which needs to be resolved in fierce competition. Coupled with the special nature of the products, making travel agency cultivates the core competitiveness become to be more important.And the theory of the core competitiveness of the manufacturing sector is built on researching, but for service-oriented enterprises, especially the core competitiveness of the travel agency still have no clear explanation and theory. For example, the significance of capability of technological innovation in the manufacturing industry is much larger than in travel agency, the core competitiveness of travel agency performs in the capabilities of in the enterprise planning and innovation, the capabilities of service, corporate culture, the abilities of integrating the resources, and other factors. This paper aims to identify the constituent elements of the core competitiveness of travel agencies, to find out the existing problems on cultivation from travel agencies in Changchun city, and to offer the corresponding countermeasures. Hope that this can enhance the awareness and understanding on cultivating the core competitiveness of travel agency in Changchun city, the theory and practical guidance that to be good for cultivating the core competitiveness of travel agency Changchun city.In this paper, travel agencies in Changchun are the research objects. The composition of the core competitiveness and the status of travel agents in Changchun are the basic starting points. Firstly, the paper summarizes the general theory of the core competitiveness, sums up the awareness of enterprise's core competitiveness in the domestic and foreign academic community, on this basis then built the basic theoretical framework of the core competitiveness of the travel agencies, and elaborate the concept, content, features of the core competitiveness of the travel agencies. Secondly, the papers through the relevant documents, presents the four basic factors of the core competitiveness of travel agencies: planning capabilities, service capabilities, corporate culture, ability to integrate. At the same time, papers summarize the status of travel agencies Changchun city, by a questionnaire to investigate the status of the cultivation of core competitiveness in travel agencies Changchun city, and conduct a systematic analysis of the raised problems. Lastly, this paper has highlighted for enhancing the core competitiveness in travel agencies. Hoped that would bring new opportunities for development of travel agencies in Changchun city in the future. Details are as follows: Chapter 1, through the research background and research significance it analyzes and introduce the core competence, presents the importance and necessity of cultivating study for practicing in travel agencies in Changchun city. The purpose is to understand the status of the development agencies and the trends and focus in research, to master the pulse of the research. At the same time, it introduces the content of thesis.Chapter 2, firstly based on the analysis of research situation of the formation and development of enterprise's core competitiveness, attempts to reflect the progress of the research and the international frontier. Then make an overall overview on the meaning, the characteristics and the constituent elements of enterprise's core competitiveness. The purpose is to provide the theoretical basis and guidance for the paper; on this basis, but also to combine with the nature and characteristics of the travel industry, to built the basic theoretical framework of the core competitiveness, and to elaborate deeply in the concept, content, characteristics, and issues such as the constituent elements of the core competitiveness in travel agency. The purpose is to offer a good theoretical basis for the practical study of travel agencies in Changchun city. Secondly, also makes an overview on the status of the core competitiveness in travel agency industry, aims to reflect the status quo in this researching field. Lastly, make a conclusion for above contents.Chapter 3, for making an overview of the current situation of the development travel agencies in Changchun city, and then designed a questionnaire to investigate the status of cultivation of travel agencies in Changchun city, in developing core competencies in the status quo. And through analysis of questionnaires to find out some problems that are the lack of the cultivation of values, the lack of the innovation on product planning, weak in the marketing system and poor ability to integrate. To this end, it is necessary for the core competitiveness of travel agencies in Changchun to conduct training. Chapter 4 to solve problems in the cultivation, which is the starting point and the end result of writing this article. According to the cultivation problems, this paper presents the corresponding measures of the cultivation for travel agencies in Changchun city, provides the strategic information.Chapter 5 sums up the concept of cultivating enterprise's core competitiveness, while proposes the research prospects.
