Facing increasing competition in the international and domestic markets, all the Manufacturing enterprise managers hope to meet changing market environment through making organization streamlining, agile, flexible, efficient, competitive and creative, the purpose is to get the best products and services more attractive, cultivating and maintaining competitive advantage of the good profitability level.Finally, we gave some simple conclusions about the whole article, and proposed the direction of this field in theory. In summary, this article has several new views as follow:1. By researching BPR theory and supply chain theory, studying the core ideas of these two theories, combing the practice, this article studied the supply chain reforge, brought forward that manufacturing enterprise can reforge the supply chain according to the Mass Customization (MC), and summarized six phases and twenty reengineering steps of supply chain reforging.2. This article researched the different between MC theory and mass manufactures, pointed out that MC as the first choice of BPR has special advantages, and supplied the characteristics and fabrication principles of supply chain based on MC according to our own comprehend.3. Observing the practice of supply chain in YZ auto limited company, analyzing the existed problems in the whole supply chain, finding the reasons of these problems, this article outlined the whole flow of supply chain reengineering, then compared the two flows of composing parts in supply chain process before and after reengineering, finally depicted the reengineering effect, based on the results about improving the delivery rate, decreasing the cost of supply chains and so on.4. Combining YZ auto limited company, aiming at the practice of supply chain reengineering, this article further provide the measures of reengineering which can promise the progress of reforging. Concretely speaking, reengineering layered and keeping the dynamic balance of organize structure and process reengineering can assure that the reengineering go along very well.It should be noted that, limited by the length of this article, the operation scope of myself in this company and the knowledge I hold, large part of this article focus on the supply chain process reengineering of joint-stock auto company, and the content related to other kind of manufacturing coorperation. In some degree, this article the description of supply chain process in joint-stock auto company was not in detail. Meanwhile, due to the lack of knowledge of information system, this article was not related to the coorperation of information system. It is expected that we can research supply chain more deeply, more comprehensively, by combing stratagem management, the theory of life period of company, advanced manufacturing technology and BPR. Further, the effect of process reengineering should be stressed, which can reengineer the process of company, improve the success of this kind of company, and supply good examples for manufacturing company.In reality, because of the corporations'establishment is bloated, unwieldy and inflexible; the enterprises are in the face of a slow response in customer demand, not satisfying customer demand. This requires our manufacture enterprises to study and refer to the Practices of successful enterprises at home and abroad. Top management needs rethink the management system combining with its own strategic objectives, and abandon those management models and methodologies that are not in line with the market competition. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an effective means to obtain competitive advantages in enterprise. Based on domestic and overseas researches, combined with domestic enterprises fact, the manufacture enterprises BPR implementation is studied in this paper.
