The mass customization is a trend of the change of production mode in the 21st century,which is the new frontier of enterprise competition and is paid more and more attention in manufacturing industry in China.With the rise and popularization of the Internet,in order to conform to the development of the age,the specific content of the mass customization is constantly changing and updating.Based on this,this thesis mainly studies the related problems of the manufacturing enterprises' relationship with suppliers and users,the enterprise platform architecture and the pricing strategy of customized products under the Internet age.First of all,the thesis analyzes separately the transformation of the relationship between manufacturing enterprises and suppliers and users based on the traditional mode and the Internet-based mass customization.It is suggested that the manufacturing enterprises should build a new mode named supply chain alliances,in which the manufacturing enterprise is the center of the alliance,and the suppliers as well as users are included in the production system of the core company:facing to the suppliers to form a dynamic alliance,to classify different suppliers,according to the degree of cooperation to determine the corresponding cooperation mode and content,to analyze and propose MAS-based inter-enterprise communication interaction architecture model in order to solve the enterprise heterogeneous information system between the information exchange issues;facing to the users to form a user alliance,to analyze and put forward a user-oriented information exchange mechanism under the mass customization,to take into account the demand changes which the user propose during the process of product design and production and consider the impact of change cost.Secondly,after clarifying the relationship between manufacturing enterprises and suppliers and users,a platform is established to enable the implementation of the relationship model.From the characteristics of the supply chain alliance,it is recommended that enterprises should construct the platform from three aspects:the intelligent factory,supplier-oriented online platform and user-oriented online platform.Finally,based on the discussion of the relationship model and platform architecture,this thesis adopts cost plus pricing to solve the pricing problem under the mass customization,and from the point of view of the whole supply chain to analyze the cost factors of the customized products in the period of supply,design,manufacturing and marketing,and through the Data Envelopment Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process to solve the allocation problem of the common costs,and gives an example,which has some guiding effect in practice.
