The Research On The Application Of Dynamical Comprehensive Evaluation On Enterprise Performance Evaluation

With the globalization of economy, the business environment have been changed largely, market competition become more fierce, companies face unprecedented challenges, and new demands are required for evaluation performance. A scientific and reasonable evaluation of the performance of modern enterprise is very significant. On the one hand, it can help the business operators to understand their own situation, analysis the existing problems, improve management level and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. On the other hand, it also can help the investors to make the invest decision-making, improve investment returns, control the investment risk. At present, the research on dynamics performance evaluation is rare. With the dynamic perspectives, this paper attempt to use the dynamic comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate business performance, and receive some achievements. In the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model, as well as considering the size of index value, the growth of the index value is also considered. We use combinational weighting method to determine the index weight, and use a subjective and objective synthesized method to determine the vector of time weight, which improve the accuracy of evaluation results, reflect the dynamic characteristics of the company's performance better, overcome disadvantages of the traditional static evaluation method. Firstly, this paper introduced the research background and significance of performance evaluation, give a literature reviewed on the research status of domestic and foreign performance evaluation, present the basic theory of performance evaluation, including elements of performance evaluation system, as well as some theoretical foundation of performance evaluation, and give a brief introduction of performance evaluation methods. Secondly, the paper gave a brief stated of different comprehensive evaluation methods, then proposed a dynamic comprehensive evaluation methods based on the combination weighting ,which realized the dynamic performance evaluation. Finally, we use the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model to evaluation the performance of China's Construction Machinery listed companies from year of 2005 to 2007. Empirical analysis shows that the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model of this paper is simple, reasonable and accurate.
