People-oriented Study Of Corporate Social Responsibility

Labor-management conflicts in China is more and more prominent, so we emphasis on corporate social responsibility has more direct practical significance with labor relations for the stability and harmony and a harmonious socialist society. Finally, the author puts forward corporate strategies to fulfill social responsibility from the enterprises themselves, the government, the community and combination of the financial crisis in the context of this reality.Enterprises that fulfill their social responsibility are to handle with a variety of human relations and to ease the conflict. Under the dual pressures that multinational companies to strengthen the trend of corporate social responsibility and national development of a harmonious society, enterprises must be sober analysis of the surrounding environment of enterprises to rethink the management model. Whether can change the past, and shareholder supremacy, to maximize shareholder value as the goal of the management model and implement people-oriented management of corporate social responsibility, long-term future for enterprise development.Corporate social responsibility and people-oriented is consistent.
