Research On Coupling Of Participant Poverty Reduction Models And New Rural Construction

This paper based on the theory of Area economics,Develop economics and Industrial Economics, Adopted theory deduction ,quantity analysis and case study method, By introducing system concept and analysing coupling factor and operating mechanism, this paper structured the coupling system model of Participant Poverty Reduction Models and New Rural Construction .And then, taken Ma-An village in GanSu Province as example, detailed the coupling process and coupling content, and quantitatively analyse the coupling effect with AHP. The study result is that, Participant Poverty Reduction Models and New Rural Construction have Obvious coupling on so many aspect ,such as operating mechanism,economy society sustainable development ,new model peasant and so on. But as one kind of new poverty alleviation pattern, Participant Poverty Reduction Models is probing step by step, it is not difficult to discover problem in practice, such as countryside handling crew of government being short of incentive mechanism , the branch supporting is short of the organization guarantee and so on. At last, from peculiar to common, based on the background of new rural construction of poverty area, this paper put forward proposal to pushing forward the coupling degree of Participant Poverty Reduction Models and New Rural Construction.
